You will then select the pharmacy most convenient to you to collect your prescription from.
After completing those easy steps, book your consultation with one of our fully registered GP’s at a time and day that works for you. The doctor will ring you via audio or video call at the agreed appointment time, so ensure you are available and have a stable Internet connection if it’s a video call. The doctor will ask some questions to understand your request and, if they are satisfied, will fax and post your prescription to the pharmacy you have preselected. You will then be able to travel to the pharmacy at a time that suits you to collect your medication, which will have been selected and made ready for you to collect.

The cost per prescription is $19.99. Requirements to be aware of include your location. Our licensing means that we can only serve patients that are within Australian borders at the time of the telehealth consultation. We cannot help clients that are outside of the country at the time of the call, even if they are Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. We can however, help all people within the country, regardless of what visa they hold. This means that anyone within Australia can take advantage of our services and it does not matter if they are on a tourist visa, work visa or an Australian National. We are proud to be able to offer our assistance to everyone in an Australian State or Territory at the time of the consultation.
How do I pay?
Once the doctor understood your requirements and is able to issue your prescription, you will need to pay for the service before the script can be dispatched to your selected pharmacy for processing. We offer three ways in which to do this. Firstly, you can be Bulk Billed by Medicare. Secondly, if you have Private Health Insurance check to see if your fund will cover the item or thirdly, you can pay privately via your own credit or debit card.
If you choose to become a regular customer of ours, we reward our patients with discount packages when you prepay. This makes our service even more affordable and is designed to assist those with regular medical requirements. We strive to provide affordable services to everyone that needs us, so if you have repeat prescriptions or require regular checkups we offer a 5%, 7% or 10% discount depending on the package selected.
