The advice and information delivered by Prime Medic to the user is provided in one of two ways. The first way is directly via an online conferencing call or a report sent straight to your account. The second way is indirectly, via the materials and resources included on the site itself. However, this is not the only means by which Prime Medic deliver value and goods to users. As Prime Medic is a licensed provider of Quick Prescription services, users may be entitled to receive prescription medication. This medication is provided with a few caveats. For example, controlled substances such as recreational drugs will not be prescribed by our doctors via Quick Prescription. This is still the case even if the user has been legally and validly prescribed these drugs before. Another caveat is that new prescriptions cannot be offered. Quick Prescription is designed as a convenient and easy repeat prescription service. It cannot be used to acquire new scripts. Finally, all Quick Prescription requests are subject to the approval of a medical professional. These medical professionals may require the user to have a face to face session, or to submit further information. In this instance, Prime Medic will not be able to fulfil your Quick Prescription request. Read on for more information on the Prime Medic delivery and return policy.

Delivery Options

When users elect to utilise the Quick Prescription service, they have the following delivery option right now. Which is to Collect from Pharmacy. The Prime Medic team can send your script to be collected at your local pharmacy. If you are in a hurry and need the medication sooner rather than later, this option is probably the most suitable. This is because Prime Medic do not deliver the medicine physically to the pharmacy, which would incur a delay. Instead, the team sends a digital message through to the nominated pharmacy, who then pick the order from their own supplies. Provided that the pharmacy has the medicines available in their stores, you should be able to receive your medication straight away. If there is a delay, you should be notified, but it is worth checking with the pharmacy that the order has been received and picked before you go.

Payment Breakdown

The delivery option "Receive at Nominated Address" is the more expensive option. This is because it involves the following cost components;

Returns Policy

As the Quick Prescription program deals with medicines and materials which can be harmful if used wrongly, or if tampered with, Prime Medic offers no returns policy at all in most cases. Users are advised to be aware that they cannot request a refund after they have paid for their booking in most cases. The only time that a refund will be offered is if there is a problem which is deemed to be a fault of Prime Medic, as defined within our terms and conditions. Prime Medic makes refunds quicker and easier than ever. If we are unable to provide you the Medical Service due to any reason, we’ll send the money straight to your Prime Medic's Wallet instantly. You can use the balance anytime in any service. If you wish to receive the amount to your bank account, the standard bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. For example, if for some reason we are unable to process your booking, you will be refunded. Similarly, if a medical professional deems your case unsuitable for Quick Prescription and recommends further information or consultation, Prime Medic will offer a refund to you. In the unlikely event that a refund is provided after medicines have been dispatched and dispensed, we may request that you send these medicines back to us or to the pharmacy. In this rare instance, we will only accept medicines which have not been opened and have their tamper-proof seals all intact. If you are returning the medicine to your local pharmacy, this will be governed by the pharmacy's own returns policy.

Duties of the User

By using our site and our services, you agree to ensure and guarantee that all of the information you provide is up to date and accurate. This information is what we use to decide whether to issue a repeat prescription or not, and to acquire medicines through fraud or misrepresentation is illegal. You also agree to safeguard the medication and to ensure that it is used only for your own, personal usage. Prescribed medicines are controlled substances, and are issued only to those who need them. If you select the delivery to pharmacy option, it is up to you - the user - to follow up the status of your medication with your local pharmacy. Prime Medic can assist you, but after the script has left our hands, you are expected to follow this up. This includes reminding the dispensary to check their inbox and junk email folders.
